We offer both stock and custom jerseys in sublimated and cut and sew styles for hockey, lacrosse, and paint ball. Our sublimated jerseys are made with premium quality fabrics that are printed using state of the art sublimation process to produce brilliant, fade resistant colours. We produce jerseys that meet a variety of team needs from the pros to minor associations.

Sublimation is the Key to our brilliant colours
Sublimation is the passage of ink directly from a solid to a vaporized state through the action of heat and pressure. Sublimation allows for more creative designs than screen printing or cut and sew methods. Colours are permanently impregnated into the fabric so they will not stiffen , crack, fade or wash out, with normal care.Terms and Conditions
- All orders are C.O.D. or paid in advance, unless credit is approved
- All shipments are F.O.B Projoy, Guelph, Ontario, Canada
- All orders taken are subject to approval by Projoy and can not be changed or canceled once the order is in production
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to overdue accounts
- Custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit with the order
- Additional charges may apply if prolonged, unforeseen graphics time is required for artwork development
- No returns will be accepted without an authorization number
- A 10% restocking fee will apply on all returns
- All merchandise authorized for return or alterations MUST be returned clean
- Garments are not guaranteed against shrinkage, bleeding, fading etc., unless cresting/numbering is done by Projoy
- Although Projoy matches dye lots as closely as possible, minor colour variations are unavoidable
- Some stock products may be discontinued without noticed
Screen Printing Instructions for Sublimated Jerseys
- Use Plastisol Ink
- Oven Temperature: 275 - 320 °F
- Dry Time: 10 - 15 seconds
- Lay Garments flat on belt after screen printing. Feed through oven one at a time - Do not overlap garments or let them fall on each other as they may sublimate on each other
Care Instructions
- Turn garment inside-out before washing
- Machine wash in cold water
- Do not bleach, iron or dry clean garments
- Hang dry only
